Braided Women Gathering 15/16/17 November 2019


To register for our Gathering this year, please send us an email at  [email protected] We will then send you the payment details together with a registration form for you to fill in and return to us.

We are a charitable trust and your ticket purchase will help us cover the costs for the event. 

Full Price Tickets – Effective October 1st - 31st

Single Ticket            $265

Me and my friend     $250 each

Ticket sales will definitely close on the 31st of October as we need to confirm numbers for the venue and caterer by this date. 

Last-minute tickets may be available in November, however this will be at our discretion. Price for any tickets purchased in November will be $300.



The purchase of a ticket covers

* accommodation

* use of our beautiful venue

* four lovingly catered vegetarian / vegan meals

(dinner on the Friday & Saturday, and lunch on the Saturday & Sunday. You will need to provide your own breakfast each day)

* various miscellaneous sundries for decoration, cleaning and set up.


One of our core values is of inclusiveness and making our Gatherings as accessible as possible, particularly to our sisters for whom attending the gathering may be financially challenging.

$10 from each ticket will go to our “Sisterhood Sponsorship Fund” to enable those of our sisters who would otherwise not be able to gather with us, to attend the weekend.   



Our Refund Policy

If for any reason you can no longer attend the Gathering, please note the following conditions apply:

  • There is a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% to cover administration costs associated with each booking. This non-refundable administration fee is payable for all cancellations received up to 10 days before the start of the event.
  • All payments become non-refundable if cancellations are received within 10 days of the Gathering starting.
  • Exceptions to this are if we have reached our maximum registration number, have a wait-list, and can fill your place, we will offer you a refund of money paid, less the non-refundable 25% administration fee. Note: We can also consider this option in cases of sickness or very serious life circumstances.
  • Your ‘ticket’ is transferable to another person by your own arrangement.
  • You may choose to transfer your ‘ticket’ towards payment for the next Gathering less the non-refundable administration fee of 25%.
